1. Definitions

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use 9999t services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 9999t strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide valid identification will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or located within Indonesian territory at the time of accessing our services. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or restricted are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of Indonesia.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an account with 9999t, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Create a strong, unique password and keep your login credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Register only one account per person. Multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Complete identity verification (KYC - Know Your Customer) procedures when requested by providing valid government-issued identification documents such as KTP (Indonesian National Identity Card), passport, or driver's license.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Policy

9999t accepts deposits through authorized payment methods including major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). The following terms apply:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page. Standard minimum deposit is Rp 50,000.
• All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Currency conversion, if required, will be processed at prevailing exchange rates.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• Deposits are generally processed instantly for bank transfers and e-wallets. Processing times may vary during bank maintenance periods or public holidays.
• 9999t reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding certain thresholds as part of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on account verification status and VIP tier.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for deposits, subject to verification.
• First-time withdrawals require completion of identity verification (KYC). You must submit valid identification documents and proof of address.
• Standard processing time is 1-4 hours for verified accounts during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB, Monday-Sunday). Larger withdrawal amounts or unverified accounts may require additional processing time (up to 24-72 hours).

• 9999t reserves the right to conduct additional security checks, request additional documentation, or delay withdrawals if fraudulent activity or terms violations are suspected.
• Withdrawal fees: No fees for withdrawals above Rp 500,000. For amounts below Rp 500,000, a processing fee may apply as displayed at the time of withdrawal request.

4. Gaming Conduct and Fair Play

All Users must adhere to principles of fair play and responsible gaming. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage, particularly in poker, live dealer games, or tournaments.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses, promotional offers, or free bet campaigns.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies across different platforms or markets to guarantee profit with no risk.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Employing any software, bot, script, or automated tool to place bets, play games, or manipulate outcomes.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, falsified documents, or engaging in any form of financial fraud or identity theft.
• Offensive Behavior: Harassing other players, customer service representatives, or engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct in chat features or communications.

Violation of fair play principles may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, voiding of bets, and permanent ban from 9999t services. We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals and report fraudulent activities to law enforcement authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

9999t offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (typically 20x-40x the bonus amount) before withdrawal. Specific requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.

• One Bonus Per Player: Only one active bonus is allowed per player at any time. You must complete or forfeit an active bonus before claiming a new one.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible players meeting specific criteria (new players for welcome bonuses, active players for reload bonuses, etc.). Bonus abuse or multiple account creation to claim multiple bonuses is prohibited.

5.2 Bonus Forfeiture and Restrictions

9999t reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, or close accounts in cases of bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating duplicate accounts, irregularities in betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any attempt to manipulate bonus systems. All promotional offers are subject to 9999t's sole discretion and may be modified or terminated at any time without prior notice.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 9999t shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use our services.
• Losses resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment processor failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Loss of winnings or disputes arising from your violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.
• Delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals due to bank maintenance, public holidays, or payment processor technical issues.

In no event shall 9999t's total liability to you exceed the amount of deposits made to your account during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 9999t platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, games, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of 9999t or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without our express written permission.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services serving the Indonesian market. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of 9999t services shall be resolved through the following process:
